Rental minimum amount for delivery is $250. Rentals totaling $250 or less will require pick up by the customer at our Oswego location. Additional delivery fees may apply based on customer location. Pick up/delivery time will be scheduled accordingly for 1-3 days before your event, and pick up/drop off will be scheduled for the day after your event.

Please be respectful of our time. If you cannot make your pick up/delivery time, let us know at LEAST 2 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule a time that works best for both parties.

Equipment will be reserved upon full payment of total charges. This payment is non refundable and will be paid via Quickbooks. This equipment cannot be sub rented or used by any other party than that listed on the given invoice. Ace Party & Tent Rentals LLC operates on a first come, first served basis. Failure to make payment within 24 hours of final invoice will result in a cancelled contract.

Additions to your order can be made up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery, so long as the equipment is available. Cancellation of select Equipment or cancellation of your entire Rental Order can be made be up to the schedule event date, however, cancellation fees will apply as follows: Cancellations occurring 30 days or more prior to the event date will not have a cancellation fee and you will receive 100% of your money back. Cancellations occurring 8 - 29 days prior to the event date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total Rental Order/Invoice. Cancellations occurring 7 days or less prior to the event date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total Rental Order/Invoice. If this cancellation is due to severe weather conditions, we will issue you a rain check that will be good for 12 months. This rain check must be used by you as it is non-transferable. No-shows for pick ups will not be refunded. You will be issued a rain check that will be good for 12 months.

Lessee assumes all risk and liability for the use and operation of the equipment and for personal injuries and property damage arising from or incidental thereto and lessee shall protect, defend, indemnify, and save harmless Lessor against any and all claims, demands or causes of action of every kind arising in favor of any person, including but not limited to the lessee and his/her guests on account of personal injury or death, or damage to property, growing out of incident to or resulting directly or indirectly from the performance of this rental agreement, from any cause whatsoever. 

Customer will take all necessary precautions regarding the items rented, and protect all persons and property from injury or damage. Customer acknowledges that they are in charge of checking weather conditions and admittance of people in the tent and will evacuate all people from the tent if winds exceed 25 mph. It is not recommended for the customer or lessee, or any guests to use, occupy, or be in the vicinity of tents during or after snow accumulation until snow has melted or been removed. Customer acknowledges and agrees that lessor is not responsible for any injury occurring to customer, or any guests of customer or to any other persons using the Rental Equipment, or to any claims by any other person(s) injured by or on account of the rental equipment, while the equipment is in the possession of the customer. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lessor from and against any and all liability, claims, judgements, attorney fees, and costs, of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, any injury, death, damage, claim, or liability which may arise on account of the negligence, whether active or passive, of Lessor or Lessor's suppliers, agents, employees, contractors, drivers, or installers.

Lessee acknowledges that in the event any rented Equipment sustains any damage or destruction or is lost or is stolen while under rent to Lessee, Lessee agrees to pay Ace Party & Tent Rentals the full retail replacement cost. Ace Party & Tent Rentals may agree to a prorated cost of repairs to the equipment at their sole discretion if repairing the Equipment will return the Equipment to its pre-rented condition. Lessee further agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for the use of the Equipment. Stapling, gluing, or taping anything to the tent poles, tent tops, chairs tables or inflatables is considered destruction and you will be charged the full replacement cost for the damaged equipment. You may use tape on the underside of the table only.

Ace Party & Tent Rentals will pick up the items on a specified date or date range and at a time or time range agreed upon in advance. If not all items are present, items not returned to Ace Party & Tent Rentals within 2 business days after the pick up date or date range are considered missing. Stapling, gluing, or taping anything to the tent poles, tent tops, chairs tables or inflatables is considered destruction. You may use tape on the underside of the table only. Missing or damaged equipment will be charged to the client at full replacement cost. 

Your order will be delivered 1-3 days before your event date unless arranged otherwise. Ace Party & Tent Rentals will strive to accommodate client delivery request; however, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery to another reasonable time if causes outside of our control require us to do so. Those reasons being, but not limited to, posing a safety risk to Ace Party & Tent Rentals employees, clients, or other persons or property. We try to communicate any scheduling changes as they occur. All items will be delivered and picked up at a designated location. The client must be available to count all items upon delivery and pickup; otherwise, Ace Party & Tent Rentals counts will be considered accurate. Tents and sidewalls will be set up by the delivery personnel in a designated area as directed by the renter. Additional charges of up to 50% of the cost of the rental tent will be charged if the client wants the tent moved to a different location after it has been set up in an agreed location. All additional items will be placed under the tent to be set-up by the renter unless other arrangements are made prior to the delivery. 

For Good and Valuable Consideration the sufficiency which is hereby acknowledged the undersigned hereby forever releases, discharges, acquits and forgives from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, agreements, and each of them, if more than one, liabilities, judgments and proceedings both at law and in equity arising from the beginning of time to the date of these presents and as more particularly related to or arriving from any and all claims against Ace Party & Tent Rentals resulting from the rental and use of their equipment, furniture, tables, chairs, materials, products and any other rental items included but not itemized herein from the time the items are delivered to the time they are picked up by representatives of Ace Party & Tent Rentals. This Release shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. It is the responsibility of the renter to communicate to Ace Party &Tent Rentals of any underground wiring, pipes, sprinkler systems, sewage systems, or anything else that could interfere with the tent stakes. Stakes are driven between 24” and 46” under the ground. Ace Party & Tent Rentals will not be responsible for any underground damage that occurs during the installation or removal of any rental items. 

All floral arrangement, trash, spilled drinks, food, and decorations of any kind must be removed from the tent or other rental equipment before scheduled pickup time. There will be an additional charge for any items that have to be removed. Excessively dirty rental items may be assessed a cleaning fee. All chairs and tables should be stacked in designated location as delivered. Linens should be food and particle free and shaken out before being placed in laundry bags. Linens that are returned with burns, wax, holes, tears, permanently stained, wet or damp with mildew, or otherwise unusable will be billed at replacement cost. Be sure to notify your caterer of these conditions. 

Ace Party & Tent Rentals has no control over the weather on the day of your event. We reserve the right to alter your pickup date and times based on the weather. Lessee understands that tents are temporary structures designed to provide limited protection from weather conditions, primarily sun and rain; however, there may be situations, particularly involving strong winds and lightning, in which the tents will not provide protection and may even be damaged or blown over. Evacuation of tents to avoid possible injury is recommended when severe weather threatens the area where the tent is located. People must leave tents and not seek shelter in tents during such conditions. It is the Lessee’s responsibility to be aware of changing weather conditions and to exercise their best judgment with regards to evacuation of tents. Tents are temporary shelters designed to handle most normal weather conditions; however, there may be situations that become unsafe such as winds exceeding 25mph, lightning or heavy rainstorms. Evacuation of tents is required in these or other unsafe conditions.
